From the M4
Take Junction 26 on the M4 (Cwmbran/Pontypool), at the roundabout take the A4051 Malpas Road towards Cwmbran/Pontypool). Continue along A4051 Malpas Road through 5 sets of traffic lights. When you reach the roundabout take your 3rd exit onto the A4042 (Pontypool). Follow the A4042 for Pontypool, until you reach the roundabout with McDonalds, take your first exit onto the A472. Follow the A472 until you reach the first roundabout, take the second exit right on to the A4043. Continue along the A4043 – Straight over the next 2 roundabouts (passing Tescos), through a set of lights. Continue straight over the next roundabout, pass a garage – after the pedestrian crossing Turn Left onto Estate Road. Continue along estate road until you reach the junction near the sorting office. Turn Left and follow this road until you reach the signs for the nature reserve carpark. We are in the forest on the other side of the road.
